Training in Surgical Anaesthesia and Patient Monitoring
The B.AOTT (Bachelor of Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology) program is designed to develop skilled healthcare professionals who can efficiently assist in both anaesthesia management and operation theatre procedures.
This integrated course provides a strong foundation in anaesthesia techniques, patient care, surgical assistance, and operation theatre management. Students are trained to select appropriate anaesthetic methods, handle advanced medical equipment, and monitor patients before, during, and after surgery.
The program also focuses on maintaining sterile environments, managing surgical instruments, and supporting surgeons and anaesthesiologists during medical procedures. Through a balanced combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical training, students become industry-ready allied health professionals capable of working in ICUs, emergency units, and operation theatres.
